We decided to change things up a little and compare Bozeman city limits statistics to Belgrade city limits for March 2020.  

Single family homes within Bozeman city limits sold for 99.1% of their asking price with an average sales price of $559,075 while homes in Belgrade city limits sold for 100.1% of their asking price with an average sales price of $348,834.   

More properties are coming onto the marking within the city of Bozeman as new listings totaled 63 while Belgrade city limits was 24.  More properties are also selling within the city of Bozeman as March totaled 41 closed sales and 25 properties sold in Belgrade city limits. 

There were a total of 93 homes for sale inside Bozeman while 28 homes were on the market inside Belgrade. With an average days on market of 76 days within Bozeman and 60 within Belgrade, the duration your home is on the market can be attributed to; price, location, and layout.
