Statistics for Big Sky County MLS for May 2020 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compared to May 2019. 

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of $25,097 jumping to $527,786. While Condo/Townhouses saw a decrease of 5.5% dropping the Average Sales Price to $336,042.
  • Closed Sales have decreased for Single Family Homes with a total of 41 closed transactions, down from 67 in 2019. Condo/Townhouses have also seen a decrease of 29.5% with 31 Closed Sales.

Statistics for Big Sky County MLS for April 2020 have been released and we are dying to share what the market has done over the last month and compared to April 2019.

  • Median Sales Price for Single Family homes have seen an increase of $61,500 jumping to $490,000. While Condo/Townhouses saw an increase of 11.1% to $355,000.
  • Closed Sales have decreased for Single Family homes with a total of 23 closed transactions. Condo/Townhouses have seen an increase of 5.7% with 37 Closed Sales.
  • Average Sales Price for Single Family homes has jumped drastically with an increase of 35.2% to $657,573!  The Average Sales Price a Condo/Townhouse was $360,327 which is an increase of 1.2%.

  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman for March 2020 has seen an increase of $37,100 compared to March 2019.
  • Closed sales have remained the same for Single Family homes compared to March 2019 with a total of 41 closed transactions.
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an average sale price of $559,075 for Single Family homes which is an increase of 13.9% compared to March 2019. The average sales price for a Condo/Townhouse for March 2020 is $352,939 which is an increase of 9.9% compared to March of last year.

  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman for February 2020 has seen an increase of $48,250 compared to February 2019.
  • Closed sales have remained the same for Single Family homes compared to February 2019.
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an average sale price of $538,938 for Single Family homes and $327,256 for a Condo/Townhouse.
