The Bozeman population is on the rise! What does that mean if you're renting?!

The current population in Gallatin County is 107,810 people with a population growth projection to 159,000 in 2045. In the next 28 years, Gallatin County is projected to grow at 2,000+ people per year until 2045. Of this growth, about half is likely to occur in the City of Bozeman. Attention Bozemanites! A proposal for a new subdivision, called Gran Cielo, which has been in the works since October 2017 is finally catching some momentum.

The Gran Cielo Subdivision would be located northwest of S. 27th Avenue and Graf Street and would extend over 48.754 acres. In hopes to increase affordable housing in the area, this subdivision would consist of 124 residential townhouses, three open space lots and two parks.
