June 4th is International Cheese Day! What better way to celebrate then with a charcuterie board and great company.

What is a charcuterie board you ask?

This amazing board is packed with cured meats, a variety of cheeses, veggies, nuts, olives, dried fruits, crackers, bread and more! You can get as creative as you want, that's the beauty.

How to make a delicious, crowd pleasing, charcuterie board?

1) Grab a giant cutting board or platter
2) Fill the board with cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, fruit, crackers and whatever your heart desires
3) Add some infused dipping oils, jams and spreads in little dishes to pair with your delicious contents
4) Grab some good company and a great bottle of local wine…
