It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits. 

This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for November 2020

Condominiums in Bozeman City Limits sold for 100.2% of their asking price for an average of $437,623 while townhouses sold for 98.8% of their asking price for an average of $625,933.

28 condos have gone under contract and 42 sold in November. As for townhouses, 11 went under contract and 3 sold. 

There were a total of 20 condos for sale with an average days on market of 29. Only 6 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 214 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

Good Morning Bozemanites! It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman and Belgrade City Limits.

We decided to change things up a little and compare Bozeman City Limits statistics to Belgrade City Limits for November 2020.

Single Family Homes within Bozeman City Limits sold for 100.2% of their asking price while homes in Belgrade City Limits sold for 100.5% of their asking price.   

Less properties are hitting the market within the City of Bozeman as new listings totaled 20 while Belgrade City Limits had 23. More properties are selling within the City of Bozeman as November totaled 46 closed sales and 30 properties sold in Belgrade City Limits.

REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS

Statistics for Big Sky County MLS for November 2020 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compared to November 2019. 

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 39.1% jumping to $715,615. Condo/Townhouses also saw an increase of 24% rising the Average Sales Price to $450,177.

  • Closed Sales have increased for Single Family Homes with a total of 46 closed transactions, up from 41 in 2019. Condo/Townhouses increased 36.4% with 45 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by -82.6% to only 19 homes vs. 109 this time last year. Inventory of Condo/Townhouses also decreased -78.4% to 25
