REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS

Statistics for Big Sky County MLS for November 2020 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compared to November 2019. 

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 39.1% jumping to $715,615. Condo/Townhouses also saw an increase of 24% rising the Average Sales Price to $450,177.

  • Closed Sales have increased for Single Family Homes with a total of 46 closed transactions, up from 41 in 2019. Condo/Townhouses increased 36.4% with 45 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by -82.6% to only 19 homes vs. 109 this time last year. Inventory of Condo/Townhouses also decreased -78.4% to 25
