It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits.

In September 2019, single family homes in Bozeman City limits sold for 98.5% of their asking price! 

48 homes have gone under contract and 52 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 8 properties under contract and sold 11 others. Take a look at our September 2019 Production. 

There were a total of 136 homes for sale, which is 9 less than 2018.  With an average days on market of 26 days!  If homes were on the market longer than 26 days there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

Starting Monday, October 28th, at 7 pm, join Bozeman Paranormal for their annual Halloween walking tour. Located in Lindley Park at the Sunset Hills Cemetery. REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE

  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman for September 2019 has seen an increase of $79,500 compared to September 2018 and a $39,500 increase year-to-date!
  • Closed sales have increased 13% for Single Family homes compared to September 2018.
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an average sale price of $516,290 for Single Family homes and $339,375 for a Condo/Townhouse.
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 98.5% year to date for Single Family homes and 98.8% for a Condo/Townhouse.
