We decided to change things up a little and compare Bozeman City Limits statistics to Belgrade City Limits for August 2020.  

Single Family Homes within Bozeman City Limits sold for 100% of their asking price with an average sales price of $584,500 while homes in Belgrade City Limits sold for 100.1% of their asking price with an average sales price of $365,467.
