We have created this legend to direct you to most of the Bozeman subdivisions and neighborhoods. If you are trying to get a better understanding for the most sought-after neighborhoods in Bozeman this is your map!

(Note: This map does not encompass all of the subdivisions in Bozeman. There are hundreds of neighborhoods/subdivisions in just Bozeman alone)

Downtown Bozeman
Downtown Bozeman is off of Main Street and draw approximately a 1/4 mile radius around it. Downtown Bozeman has historic homes, quaint cottages, bungalows, and unique architecture. You will see beautifully renovated historic homes when you drive down prime streets such as South Willson, on Back.  Some of these homes may not be fully updated and may be the perfect opportunity to put your personal touch on a historic masterpiece in Bozeman.  The fully renovated historic homes can have steep real estate prices due to the turn-key like new interior appeal.  Downtown Bozeman homes have immense demand and can be hard to obtain in hot markets.

The City of Bozeman has done a wonderful job maintaining a strong, vibrant downtown that provides great restaurants, bars, and shops on Main Street.

North Bozeman
Just north of downtown Bozeman, this side typically includes neighborhoods that head towards the Bridger Mountains (or Bridger Bowl Ski Resort). There is less development happening than the west side of Bozeman, but recently there are new neighborhoods like the Legends at Bridger CreekCreekwood Subdivision, and the Headlands subdivision. The farther north you head, there are bigger parcels and open scenery to enjoy on your drive to the mountains.

Southside
Southside Bozeman is what we consider the territory to be south of Kagy between 19th and Sourdough Road (give or take). The Southside generally tends to be a little higher priced than some West side neighborhoods because of a few factors. The Southside neighborhoods are located in close proximity to MSU, 5-10 minutes driving to downtown Bozeman and the trail systems (called the Gallagator Trail) intertwine through many neighborhoods and can even spit you out downtown depending on what area of the southside you are in. Popular southside neighborhoods include: SouthbridgeMeadow CreekAlder CreekSundance Springs, and many more.

West Side
This area starts basically west of 19th and Main Street. There has been a lot of development on the west side as you can see in the map above all of the neighborhoods and communities adjacent to one another. If you are looking for a new construction home or newer home, the West side will be where you want to look. Pricing varies on the west side depending on the location, if you are near parks or schools. Popular neighborhoods include: Flanders MillThe Crossingthe Lakes at Valley WestValley WestBaxter MeadowsBaxter Meadows West, and so many more.

Four Corners
Four Corners is basically the end of Huffine and Jackrabbit where you can go south to Big Sky, North to Belgrade, or continue west to Norris and Ennis area. Homes tend to be a little more affordable with larger lots. There are newer homes in this area in neighborhoods like Gallatin Heights or Elk Grove subdivision (Elk Grove is one of the few subdivisions that has a community pond). North Star subdivision is also a nice community with parks, playgrounds and basketball courts. Some folks like the Four Corners area to make a commute to Belgrade or Big Sky more manageable.
