  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman has seen a $56,000 increase November 2018 compared to November 2017.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $478,284.
  • There has been a 9% increase year to date of sold properties in Bozeman. 
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 99% year to date.
