2018 was a great year here at Tamara Williams & Company. We sold over $24 Million in Real Estate!
We are so thankful for our clients and our wonderful team of agents and office staff for their hard work and dedication to help us reach record numbers over the past year.
In 2018, we sold at least one home every week and we look forward to helping many more clients with their real estate needs in 2019.
Brokerage Accomplishments:
- In 2018, Tamara Williams ranked #11 Top Producing Agents in the Gallatin County for Residential sales
(There are 1,182 Active Brokers and Agents in the Gallatin Association of Realtors) - In 2018, Tamara Williams and Company ranked #16 Top Producing Brokerages in the Gallatin County for Residential sales
- Brought on a talented Graphic Designer
- Brought on an Administrative Assistant who handles marketing for the Brokerage and listings
- Added 2 new Realtors: Ben Haugan & Laurie Larson
- Tamara Williams sold 51 properties alone with the aid of her Assistant/Realtor, Marisa Owen
- Other Agents sold an additional 10 properties this year!
- Developed a sharper lead communication system
- Increased our client communications and frequency
- Gained hundreds of new social media followers
- On average, our Brokerage hosted anywhere from 1-3 Open Houses a weekend during peak season
- Stayed busy through the slow seasons even when other brokerages didn't
New Marketing Strategies:
- Implemented Walk Through Wednesdays
- Posted monthly office production stats
- Stronger social media presence & efforts within the community
- Focus on blog media creating original content
- Refocused efforts providing more content on community developments and updates
- Refined website functionality and content
- Began featuring specific home interior highlights to help our sellers sell their homes quicker
- Advertised homes more avidly on Craigslist on a daily basis
- New signage & logo materials
