This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for May 2020.

Condominiums in Bozeman City Limits sold for 99.1% of their asking price for an average of $324,929 while townhouses sold for 99.3% of their asking price for an average of $374,143.

44 condos have gone under contract and 24 sold in May. As for townhouses, 18 went under contract and 7 sold. 

There were a total of 122 condos for sale with an average days on market of 27. Only 25 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 92 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

In this weeks market update we are comparing Bozeman City Limits statistics to Belgrade City Limits for May 2020.  

Single Family Homes within Bozeman City Limits sold for 99% of their asking price with an average sales price of $527,786 while homes in Belgrade City Limits sold for 100.4% of their asking price with an average sales price of $363,571.   

More properties are coming onto the marking within the City of Bozeman as new listings totaled 85 while Belgrade City Limits was 21.  More properties are also selling within the City of Bozeman as May totaled 41 closed sales and 20 properties sold in Belgrade City Limits.

We decided to change things up a little and compare Bozeman City Limits statistics to Belgrade City Limits for April 2020.  

Single Family Homes within Bozeman City Limits sold for 98.6% of their asking price with an average sales price of $657,573 while homes in Belgrade city limits sold for 99.6% of their asking price with an average sales price of $335,346.   

Less properties are coming onto the marking within the city of Bozeman as new listings totaled 35 while Belgrade city limits was 43.  Less properties are also selling within the city of Bozeman as April totaled 23 closed sales and 42 properties sold in Belgrade City Limits.

More properties are coming onto the marking outside the city as new listings totaled 44 while inside city limits there was 35.  More properties are selling outside the city as April totaled 30 closed sales and inside the city 23 properties sold.

Condominiums in Bozeman city limits sold for 98.8% of their asking price for an average of $358,624 while townhouses sold for 100% of their asking price for an average of $342,788.

24 condos have gone under contract and 25 sold in March. As for townhouses, 21 went under contract and 14 sold.
