It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits.

In November 2019, single family homes in Bozeman City limits sold for 99% of their asking price! 

31 homes have gone under contract and 41 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 8 properties under contract and sold 4 others. Take a look at our November 2019 Production.

Good Morning Bozemanites! It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits.

We decided to change things up a little and compare Bozeman City Limits statistics to Belgrade City Limits for October 2019.

Single family homes within Bozeman city limits sold for 98.4% of their asking price with an average sales price of $501,974 while homes in Belgrade city limits sold for 98.3% of their asking price with an average sales price of $353,200. 

More properties are coming onto the marking within the city of Bozeman as new listings totaled 53 while Belgrade city limits was 41.  More properties are also selling within the city of Bozeman as October totaled 54 closed sales and 17 properties sold in Belgrade city limits.
