We decided to change things up a little and compare Bozeman City Limits statistics to Belgrade City Limits for July 2020.  

Single Family Homes within Bozeman City Limits sold for 99.9% of their asking price with an average sales price of $542,876 while homes in Belgrade City Limits sold for 99.8% of their asking price with an average sales price of $443,265.   

More properties are coming onto the marking within the City of Bozeman as new listings totaled 70 while Belgrade City Limits was 31.  More properties are selling within the City of Bozeman as July totaled 81 closed sales and 51 properties sold in Belgrade City Limits.

This week we are comparing Bozeman City Limits statistics to Outside Bozeman City Limits for July 2020

Single Family Homes within City Limits sold for 99.9% of their asking price with an average sales price of $542,876 while homes Outside City Limits sold for 98.9% of their asking price with an average sales price of $798,444. 

More properties are coming onto the marking inside the City as new listings totaled 70 while Outside City Limits there was 65.  More properties are selling inside the City as July totaled 81 closed sales and outside the city 74 properties sold.

It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits.

In July 2020, Single Family Homes in Bozeman City Limits sold for 99.9% of their asking price! 

86 homes have gone under contract and 81 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 7 properties under contract and sold 10 others. Take a look at our July 2020 Production.

There were a total of 68 homes for sale, which is 50% less than July 2019.  Sold properties have an average of 24 days on market.  If homes were on the market longer than 24 days there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits.

This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for June 2020

Condominiums in Bozeman City Limits sold for 99.3% of their asking price for an average of $297,006 while townhouses sold for 98.5% of their asking price for an average of $283,349.

89 condos have gone under contract and 34 sold in June. As for townhouses, 15 went under contract and 21 sold. 

There were a total of 106 condos for sale with an average days on market of 39. Only 21 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 23 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.
