Good Morning Bozemanites! It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman and Belgrade City Limits.

We decided to change things up a little and compare Bozeman City Limits statistics to Belgrade City Limits for June 2020.  

Single Family Homes within Bozeman City Limits sold for 98.9% of their asking price with an average sales price of $545,197 while homes in Belgrade City Limits sold for 99.2% of their asking price with an average sales price of $346,575.   

More properties are coming onto the marking within the City of Bozeman as new listings totaled 82 while Belgrade City Limits was 31.  More properties are selling within the city of Bozeman as June totaled 66 closed sales and 28 properties sold in Belgrade City Limits.

Single Family Homes within City Limits sold for 98.9% of their asking price with an average sales price of $545,197 while homes Outside City Limits sold for 97.9% of their asking price with an average sales price of $751,831. 

More properties are coming onto the marking inside the City as new listings totaled 86 while Outside City Limits there was 63.  More properties are selling inside the City as June totaled 66 closed sales and outside the city 52 properties sold.

In June 2020, Single Family Homes in Bozeman City Limits sold for 98.9% of their asking price! 

76 homes have gone under contract and 66 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 9 properties under contract and sold 11 others. Take a look at our June 2020 Production.
