REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE

  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman for December 2019 has seen an increase of $18,585 compared to December 2018 and a $32,500 increase year-to-date.
  • Closed sales have remained the same for Single Family homes compared to December 2018 with a total of 35 closed properties.
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an average sale price of $513,704 for Single Family homes and $343,356 for a Condo/Townhouse.
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 99.1% year to date for Single Family homes and 98.8% for a Condo/Townhouse.

Good Morning Bozemanites! It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits.

This week, we are comparing Bozeman City Limits statistics to outside Bozeman City Limits for November 2019.

Single family homes within city limits sold for 99.2% of their asking price with an average sales price of $514,422 while homes outside city limits sold for 95.8% of their asking price with an average sales price of $750,928. 

More properties are coming onto the marking within the city as new listings totaled 23 while outside city limits was 20.  More properties are also selling within the city as November totaled 41 closed sales and outside the city 30 properties sold.

It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits.

This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for November 2019. Condominiums in Bozeman City limits sold for 98.5% of their asking price for an average of $376,736 while townhouses sold for 98.5% of their asking price for an average of $320,019.

20 condos have gone under contract and 25 sold in November. As for townhouses, 2 townhouses went under contract and 8 sold. 

There were a total of 85 condos for sale with an average days on market of 64. Only 27 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 22 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

In November 2019, single family homes in Bozeman City limits sold for 99% of their asking price! 

31 homes have gone under contract and 41 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 8 properties under contract and sold 4 others. Take a look at our November 2019 Production. 

There were a total of 109 homes for sale, which is 11 less than 2018.  With an average days on market of 37 days.  If homes were on the market longer than 37 days there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.
