This document is issued by the Montana Department of Revenue and reviews how your property is classified and valued. For residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial properties the valuation occurs every two years. 2019 marks the first year of the next two-year valuation cycle. REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE

  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman has seen a $35,000 increase May 2019 compared to May 2018.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $500,295 for Single Family homes and $346,292 for a Condo/Townhouse.
  • Closed sales have increase 6.3% for Single Family homes and 2.4% for a Condo/Townhouse comparing May 2019 to May 2018.
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 99.2% year to date for Single Family homes and 99.3% for a Condo/Townhouse.

This week marks the opening of Montana Shakespeare in the Parks! Today, Wednesday, June 12th at 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM will be the premiere of Henry IV Part I. Grab a blanket or bring a chair and meet us there! Productions are held at the MSU Duck Pond at 11th and Grant.
