• The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman has seen a $49,900 increase March 2019 compared to March 2018.  
• Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $506,335.
• There has been a 15.6% decrease year to date of sold properties in Bozeman. 
• Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 99.2% year to date.

2018 Annual Real Estate Market Report for Gallatin County

Bozeman is one of the fastest growing micropolitan cities in all of America. This means our Gallatin Valley real estate market is also rapidly growing and changing as well. 

Big Sky MLS released a 2018 Annual real estate market report and the results did not disappoint. 

Here are some key takeaway stats from the report: 

• In Gallatin County, we saw an average sales price rise by 13.4% in 2018 compared to 2017.
• One of the many factors to the rise in pricing is due to the low inventory which dropped by 14.6% from 2017 to 2018.
• Within the Bozeman City Limits, the total sales closed increased by 3.6% in 2018 and the percent of list priced received came in at 99.1% of all sold homes in the area.

• Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $437,000.
• There has been a 29.2% decrease year to date of sold properties in Bozeman. 
• Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 98.8% year to date.
