It’s official, the City of Bozeman has approved two new subdivision plans proposed by Madison Engineering.
Subdivision One | Allison Phase 4 Major Subdivision
This development will cover roughly 48.21 acres and is located at 11th Avenue and Arnold Street. Featuring 32 houses, nine townhouses, and five residential multi-household buildings. Construction will also offer an additional entrance to Morning Star School and will extend roads in the area.
Subdivision Two | Cottonwood Major Subdivision
This development site is located on the east side of Cottonwood Road, south of Town Pump, and east of Loyal Gardens Subdivision. Extending over 28.08 acres, this development will feature eight multi-household units.
Although subdivision plans have been approved, building plans for both sites are still under review of the City. Both locations are inside Bozeman and are planned on undeveloped land.
