Warriors and Quiet Waters is specifically focused on post-9/11 combat veterans and all their loved ones. Warriors and Quiet Waters work to support these individuals by implementing fun, calming and inspirational experiences within the great outdoors. 

The Montana outdoor scene can be extremely restorative and healing. By providing veterans and their loved ones with these outdoor activities, they are able to finally begin the path to rebuilding a life outside of the armed forces.

The Gallatin County Commission has approved the preliminary plat for a new subdivision; The Sourdough Hillside Subdivision.

Located on one of the last remaining vacant lots south of the intersection of Sourdough Road and East Kagy Boulevard.  This subdivision is planned to span over 15 acres and will contain five homes. No new roads will be required as these properties will be accessible from Sourdough Road.

There are two challenges this subdivision is facing. It’s official, the City of Bozeman has approved two new subdivision plans proposed by Madison Engineering

Subdivision One | Allison Phase 4 Major Subdivision
This development will cover roughly 48.21 acres and is located at 11th Avenue and Arnold Street. Featuring 32 houses, nine townhouses, and five residential multi-household buildings. Construction will also offer an additional entrance to Morning Star School and will extend roads in the area.

Subdivision Two | Cottonwood Major Subdivision
This development site is located on the east side of Cottonwood Road, south of Town Pump, and east of Loyal Gardens Subdivision. Extending over 28.08 acres, this development will feature eight multi-household units.
