In Gallatin County, we saw an average sales price rise by 13.4% in 2018 compared to 2017.
One of the many factors to the rise in pricing is due to the low inventory which dropped by 14.6% from 2017 to 2018.
Within the Bozeman City Limits, the total sales closed increased by 3.6% in 2018 and the percent of list priced received came in at 99.1% of all sold homes in the area.
