REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS

Statistics for Big Sky Country MLS for January 2021 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compare it to January 2020.

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 28% jumping to $656,774. While Condo/Townhouses saw an increase of 18.1% rising the Average Sales Price to $422,635.

  • Closed Sales have decreased for Single Family Homes with a total of 20 closed transactions, down from 39 in 2019. Condo/Townhouses have actually seen an increase of 32% with 33 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by -77.5% to only 18 homes vs. 80 this time last year.  Inventory of Condo/Townhouse has also…

It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits. 

This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for December 2020. 

Condominiums in Bozeman City Limits sold for 100.6% of their asking price for an average of $388,814 while townhouses sold for 101.9% of their asking price for an average of $441,598.

50 condos have gone under contract and 32 sold in November. As for townhouses, 10 went under contract and 11 sold. 

There were a total of 21 condos for sale with an average days on market of 21. Only 9 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 10 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.
