A market update for Bozeman, Montana - October 2016

As of statistics this week in fact, the median list price of homes (single family dwellings) is $542,000 for the entire city (all Bozeman zip codes). As shown in the graphic below, this is a definite strong upward trend. While inventory is decreasing, the market continues to get hotter with more sales demand and fewer homes listed this time of year.
