Where is the new Bozeman Elementary School going?

Proposed Sites - Ballots are due May 8th

Bozeman’s School district is anticipating a sizable enrollment growth, exceeding current facility capacities by 2021. Proactive action has been taken. The School District has chosen two new locations for potential building of a future elementary school. One proposed site is a 20-acre plot near the northeast intersection of Baxter and Davis Lane. The other proposed site is a 10-acre plot south of Huffine, between Gooch Hill Road and Love Lane.

Deadline: Submit your ballot by Tuesday, May 8th, 2018

Both sites will be purchased with already existing funds from the sale of other district properties. While taxpayers will not be funding the project, Montana law dictates that schools must obtain voter…

Local Market Update - How much have sales prices gone up?

We are past our first quarter in 2018 and the numbers are interesting! The market is proving to be more than stable. For single family homes, the median sales price in the city proper have shown almost a 15% increase from the past year. While days on market has dropped 26% which means homes are selling fast. Currently the inventory is still very low at not quite 2 months of supply. Summer is around the corner and we should see the supply increasing in no time.
