REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS
Statistics for Big Sky County MLS for June 2020 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compared to June 2019. 
- Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of $56,717 jumping to $545,197. While Condo/Townhouses saw a decrease of 14.7% dropping the Average Sales Price to $291,791!
- Closed Sales have slightly increased for Single Family Homes with a total of 66 closed transactions, up from 61 in 2019. Condo/Townhouses have also seen an increase of 10% with 55 Closed Sales.
- Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by 31.2% to only 86 homes vs. 125 this time last year. Inventory of Condo/Townhouse has increased 10.4% to 127, up from 115 June 2019.
- Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 98.9% for Single Family Homes and 99% for a Condo/Townhouse.
