In February 2021, Single Family Homes in Bozeman City Limits sold for 101.1% of their asking price! 

31 homes have gone under contract and 27 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 11 properties under contract and sold 1 other. Take a look at our March 2021 Production.

There were a total of 22 homes for sale, which is -69% less than February 2020.  Sold properties have an average of 20 days on market. If homes were on the market longer than 20 days there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

We decided to change things up a little and compare Bozeman City Limits statistics to Belgrade City Limits for February 2021.

Single Family Homes within Bozeman City Limits sold for 101.1% of their asking price while homes in Belgrade City Limits sold for 99.8% of their asking price.   

More properties are hitting the market within the City of Bozeman as new listings totaled 37 while Belgrade City Limits had 20. More properties are selling within the City of Bozeman as February totaled 27 closed sales and 20 properties sold in Belgrade City Limits.

REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS

Statistics for Big Sky Country MLS for February 2021 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compare it to February 2020.


  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 36.2% jumping to $733,804. While Condo/Townhouses saw an increase of 28.4% rising the Average Sales Price to $420,059.

  • Closed Sales have decreased for Single Family Homes with a total of 27 closed transactions, down from 32 in 2020. Condo/Townhouses have also seen a slight decrease of 6.5% with 29 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by -69% to only 22 homes vs. 71 this time last year.  Inventory…
