It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits.

This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for March 2020.

Condominiums in Bozeman city limits sold for 98.8% of their asking price for an average of $358,624 while townhouses sold for 100% of their asking price for an average of $342,788.

24 condos have gone under contract and 25 sold in March. As for townhouses, 21 went under contract and 14 sold. 

There were a total of 109 condos for sale with an average days on market of 57. Only 31 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 52 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS

Statistics for Big Sky County MLS for April 2020 have been released and we are dying to share what the market has done over the last month and compared to April 2019.

  • Median Sales Price for Single Family homes have seen an increase of $61,500 jumping to $490,000. While Condo/Townhouses saw an increase of 11.1% to $355,000.
  • Closed Sales have decreased for Single Family homes with a total of 23 closed transactions. Condo/Townhouses have seen an increase of 5.7% with 37 Closed Sales.
  • Average Sales Price for Single Family homes has jumped drastically with an increase of 35.2% to $657,573!  The Average Sales Price a Condo/Townhouse was $360,327 which is an increase of 1.2%.

Welcome Bozemanites! It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman.

This week, we are comparing Bozeman city limits statistics to outside Bozeman city limits for March 2020.

Single family homes within city limits sold for 99.1% of their asking price with an average sales price of $559,075 while homes outside city limits sold for 99.6% of their asking price with an average sales price of $751,438. 

More properties are coming onto the marking inside the city as new listings totaled 63 while outside city limits was 49.  More properties are selling within the city as March totaled 41 closed sales and outside the city 28 properties sold. 

There were a total of 93 homes for sale inside the city while 140 homes were active in the market…

Single family homes within Bozeman city limits sold for 99.1% of their asking price with an average sales price of $559,075 while homes in Belgrade city limits sold for 100.1% of their asking price with an average sales price of $348,834.   

More properties are coming onto the marking within the city of Bozeman as new listings totaled 63 while Belgrade city limits was 24.  More properties are also selling within the city of Bozeman as March totaled 41 closed sales and 25 properties sold in Belgrade city limits.

In March 2020, single family homes in Bozeman city limits sold for 99.1% of their asking price! 

29 homes have gone under contract and 41 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 4 properties under contract and sold 7 others. Take a look at our March 2020 Production. 

There were a total of 93 homes for sale, which is 11 more than March 2019.  Sold properties have an average of 76 days on market.  If homes were on the market longer than 76 days there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

  • Closed sales have remained the same for Single Family homes compared to March 2019 with a total of 41 closed transactions.
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an average sale price of $559,075 for Single Family homes which is an increase of 13.9% compared to March 2019. The average sales price for a Condo/Townhouse for March 2020 is $352,939 which is an increase of 9.9% compared to March of last year.
