This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for January 2020.

Condominiums in Bozeman city limits sold for 98.7% of their asking price for an average of $362,962 while townhouses sold for 99.8% of their asking price for an average of $331,100.

37 condos have gone under contract and 21 sold in January. As for townhouses, 7 went under contract and 4 sold. 

There were a total of 77 condos for sale with an average days on market of 45. Only 29 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 55 days on the market! If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

Good Morning Bozemanites! It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman.

This week, we are comparing Bozeman city limits statistics to outside Bozeman city limits for January 2020.

Single family homes within city limits sold for 97% of their asking price with an average sales price of $511,580 while homes outside city limits sold for 96.4% of their asking price with an average sales price of $809,282. 

More properties are coming onto the marking within the city as new listings totaled 48 while outside city limits was 30.  More properties are also selling within the city as January totaled 40 closed sales and outside the city 27 properties sold.

It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman City Limits.

In January 2020, single family homes in Bozeman city limits sold for 97% of their asking price! 

48 homes have gone under contract and 40 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 7 properties under contract and sold 4 others. Take a look at our January 2020 Production. 

There were a total of 77 homes for sale, which is 22 less than January 2019.  With an average days on market of 47 days.  If homes were on the market longer than 47 days there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

20 condos have gone under contract and 19 sold in December. As for townhouses, 3 townhouses went under contract and 3 sold.
