This week we are comparing Bozeman City Limits statistics to Outside Bozeman City Limits for November 2020.
Single Family Homes within City Limits sold for 100.2% of their asking price with an average sales price of $715,615 while homes Outside City Limits sold for 98.4% of their asking price with an average sales price of $957,468.
Less properties are coming onto the marking inside the City as new listings totaled 20 while Outside City Limits there were 27. Less properties are selling outside the City as November totaled 48 closed sales and inside the city 46 properties sold.
There were a total of 19 homes for sale inside the City while 52 homes were active in the market Outside City Limits. With an average days on market of 32 days within the City and 47 outside the City, the duration your home is on the market can be attributed to; price, location, and layout.
