  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman has seen a $80,000 increase January 2019 compared to January 2018.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $475,000.
  • There has been a 42,4% decrease year to date of sold properties in Bozeman. 
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 98.3% year to date.

Under Contract!

 

While it does not happen often where a deal falls apart, we re-listed the home. What happened next was a great surprise. We had multiple offers for the property in less than a week being put back on the market.

If We Could Sell This House . . . We Can Sell ANY House

We JUST SOLD 319 Red Fox Lane, Bozeman on 4.4 Acres and what a journey it has been. This home was ready to be foreclosed on when we stepped in and were able to stall the foreclosure and find a buyer for the home. AFTER going through all the processes to make that miracle happen, the house caught fire and almost burnt to the ground. At this point, we were looking at a home that was both in financial and physical trouble.
